Shipping & Delivery

Can't wait to get your hands on the ChargeMon™ Charger but don't know when it'll arrive? Here's the process that your ChargeMon goes through from factory to your door.

1) Order Placed

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and the logistic process beings. Depending on the volume we are experiencing, it may take between 1-5 business days for the order to be packaged and ready to be sent out.

2) Order Shipped

After the order has been package and labelled, we send it out from our warehouse and this is when you will receive a shipping confirmation email that informs you that the order has been sent and in it, your unique tracking number that you can use to track your order.

3) Order Received

This is when you open your package and welcome yourself to a brand new world of wireless charging :)

 

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time may vary by country:

United States: 15-25 Days
Canada: 15-30 Days
Australia: 15-25 Days
United Kingdom: 15-25 Days
All other countries: 15-35+ Days

All days are counted as "business days".

Most postal services are not working on Sundays therefore should be excluded out when determining the amount of days of delivery. 

COVID-19 Update:

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, please expect additional delays beyond our expected time frames above. 

These time frames are approximated when businesses and shipping couriers (such as your local post office) are functioning in a stabilized manner. 

We do not have any control over how fast your local post office can receive, handle, and transport your package as they may have certain systems set in place to preserve the safety of their employees.
